Welcome to Everyspace! Find the perfect comfortable share house/studio that's right for me We will guide you through the entire move-in process in an easy-to-understand way. Please follow the steps below and prepare step by step.
step 1
Find the perfect room for me (condition check)
First, explore a branch and room that matches my lifestyle and conditions!
Location confirmation: Find which branch matches your living area such as school or workplace
Schedule check: Confirm if there is a room available from your desired move-in date to your planned move-out date
Budget matching: Check if the room matches your budget (deposit/monthly rent).
Everyspace tip! Branches near university areas (Ewha, Sookmyung, Sungshin Women's University, etc.) usually have the most vacant rooms in February and August. If there is no vacant room at your desired branch right now, we highly recommend staying in a different room at the same branch or a nearby branch for a while and then moving when your desired room becomes available!

Move-in inquiry and double check for vacant rooms
Through the homepage or official consultation channel (consultation channel) Please leave your conditions (desired branch, move-in/move-out dates, budget, etc.) for the manager.
The manager will accurately confirm the current vacancy status and move-in availability.
Everyspace tip! ※ There may be variables where current residents suddenly request an extension, so the manager's final confirmation is essential!

House room tour (In-person inspection)
If you find a room you like, come and check it out yourself!
Vacant room: An empty room is available for an unmanned tour on the same day. (However, a copy of your ID must be submitted in advance for safety and security.)
Room with current resident: Since you need to get consent from the current resident, a reservation at least one day in advance is required.

Contract confirmation and electronic contract process
If you decide to move in after the tour, we will proceed with a fast and simple non-face-to-face contract.
We will send you an electronic contract link via KakaoTalk or email. Please carefully review and sign conveniently with your smartphone.
If the deposit is 1 million won or more, you must deposit the contract deposit first for the room to be held and the contract to be finalized.

Exciting move-in day! Payment and unmanned check-in
Please be sure to check check-in information and precautions before moving in!
Deposit balance and monthly rent payment: On your move-in date, please deposit the remaining deposit balance and first month's rent before checking in.
Check-in information receipt: Once payment is confirmed, a 'check-in guidance message' containing door lock password and WiFi information will be sent immediately.
Precaution: If you check in late at night or early morning after consultation hours (closes at 9 PM), it may be difficult to receive immediate help from the manager if an emergency occurs. We strongly recommend checking in in advance during consultation hours if possible.

The manager will provide you with a 'move-in manual' before and after check-in. It contains essential living information such as how to use common spaces, recycling rules, and WiFi, so please read it carefully!
